1. Who we are
This policy applies to the mobile game Arrow Warden (the "Game") published by Buska Yazılım Bilgi Teknolojileri Ltd. Şti. ("Buska", "we").

2. Summary
- The Game has no accounts, sign-up or login. We do not ask for or collect your name, email, phone number, photos or contacts.
- Your progress (gold, permanent upgrades, settings) is stored only on your device and is not sent to our servers.
- The Game is free and shows ads. We use Google services to show ads; these services process the device data described below. The Game has no separate analytics or crash-reporting service.
- There are no in-app purchases.

4. Legal basis and consent
- EEA / UK / Switzerland: On first launch the Game shows a consent form through Google UMP. Personalized ads are shown only within the consent you give; if you decline, ad data is limited accordingly. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy Options inside the Game.
- iOS: Your advertising identifier (IDFA) is accessed only if you allow it in Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt.
- Türkiye (KVKK): Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), Buska is the data controller. Advertising data is processed through the Google services listed above based on your explicit consent or Buska's legitimate interest in offering the Game free of charge with ads, and may be transferred to servers outside Türkiye. To exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK (access, correction, deletion, objection, etc.), email destek@buskayazilim.com; requests are answered within 30 days.
5. Your choices
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads (or Privacy → Ads) lets you delete or reset your advertising ID.
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking lets you turn tracking off.
- Uninstalling the Game also deletes its progress and preferences from your device.
- For questions or requests, email destek@buskayazilim.com. We keep no player data on our servers; ad data is processed by Google.
6. Retention
We do not store player data on our servers. Ad data is subject to Google's own retention periods. Game data on your device stays there until you uninstall the Game.
7. Transfers and security
The service above is provided by Google and data may be processed on servers outside Türkiye. Communication between the Game and these services is encrypted (HTTPS). We do not sell data.
8. Children
The Game is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
9. Changes and contact
